Login for the first time
Your email address is your username. You need this to log into iCare OCULO, and it is also the email address we send notifications to (if you require notifications to be enabled).
Your password needs to be secure. You will receive an email when you are added to OCULO for the first time, which will prompt you to activate your OCULO account. This is where you create your password for the first time, and also read OCULO’s terms and conditions. This is the iCare OCULO login page, which you can access via www.oculo.com.au or https://accounts.oculo.com.au/

The OCULO Homepage
The OCULO homepage allows you to search for patients directly from the homepage, search for referrals and eye reports you have been sent or you have received via the Referrals button, and set up your Address Book. If you are a Practice Manager, you will see the Manage My Practice button. Here you can add and remove staff, manage notifications, manage practice details, and view stats. Messages will appear at the bottom of the screen on the homepage, and these will relate to any referrals and eye reports that you have sent or received. Only providers will have access to the Address Book. Anyone with the Clinical Support role will be able to see all referrals and eye reports sent or received.
