Find a Patient

You can search for all patients you have added to OCULO, or have received via a referral into your OCULO account, via the My Referrals button at the top of the homepage.  You can also use the Find a Patient search in the middle of the homepage.  Patient consent is required to be able to access a patient record in OCULO.  If you added the patient to your OCULO account, or your colleague did, or you received the patient via a referral, you will be able to search for the patient using their name and date of birth, as per below.

 

 

If the patient appears, as per below, you will be able to click on the green arrow to access their record.

 

If the patient was not originally added to your OCULO account, you will be asked a security question about the patient's contact details.  If you can successfully answer the question, you will be able to access the patient record.
