Manage emails for individual staff members in a practice
For:
Practice Managers
- Log in to Oculo
- Click on Manage My Practice at the top of the homepage
- Then click on "Notifications" in the bar

- You will see a screen similar to below, it is as simple as changing the toggle to allow staff members to receive notifications.

- Toggling Adam Maher's notification to "OFF" means he will not receive any notifications via email.

A) Yes, with this functionality, you can configure the notifications to work with your existing clinic's flow.
Q) Is it possible to turn off notifications so no one in the practice receives emails?
A) In order to ensure referrals are not lost, if all notifications for all practice roles are turned off, the email will default to the one listed in the practice screen (in the example above, it would be info@eyes-on-us.com.au)
